Possible, but I think it's highly unlikely. I don't recall her ever acting "lovey" towards him, just concerned or playful. Not trying to sound like one of those furs, but I know from personal experience that two people can be mutually using one another while one of them is in a long-term relationship, which is what Andy and Cooper already have (mostly).
She knows both of them personally and acts more motherly toward them than anything else. Her getting upset would really break the mold of what her character's stereotype is.

Its kinda got that vibe spectating from "50 Shades of Grey" and General Hospital who in those shows every character gains their own confusions and builds fantasies on how they cope with their emotions, only difference is that, you see 2 candids in their 20s trying to resolve their tanglement, instead of questioning their 5 Ws and brainstorming which direction they want to modify their relationship. It would seem that Chelsea considers like brothers to them.
Can already tell they're gonna kiss, but... does Andy know about Coop + Chelsea?
And also, Andy becomes a dummy around people too, e.g. telling stories Coop's obviously uncomfortable with and forcing him to be the butt of jokes.
Man, both these guys are baddies. It's gonna take a lot of "furry comic magic" to make these guys' relationship anything but toxic lol.

That look on Cooper's face in the last panel is so adorable! Those saucer eyes! He looks as if he's realizing who he really is inside and how much Andy means to him.
In someways, he's still the kid who feels terrible for hurting Andy and making Andy lose him as a friend all the way back at summer camp whence Cooper never got a chance to apologize for his misdeed.
Their relationship "IS" going to be good again, forever.

...as, this could, by all rights, go a 'few different ways' from here
oleander is not currently bound to walden, but i don't see oleander dropping walden in deference to cooper either, assuming coopster is ballsy enough to go in for The Kiss
what i really hope for, at this time, is koops pledges to become a good boy, from now on.
or, that koops pledges to stick to being a bad pup, so that he can defer from facing his true feelings for a while longer

So Andy finally mentions what Cooper did to him last, that being that thing where Cooper touched Andy inappropriately to win a bet. Considering that that's malicious sexual assault, the fact that Andy wants to be mad at Cooper but won't, I don't know if it makes Andy look like a very very good person or like a pushover.

on page 35 of Summers Gone, Drew asks Cooper "what's 9 plus 5?" and he responds? "Fourteen ... no, fifteen."
and on this page he mentions how long they've known each other. "Fourteen years? Fifteen?"
also in Summers Gone Coop mentions that Drew is just "a squid wrapped around his leg" and the picture in his phone is of Drew with a squid on his face.

It's too early for something as important as that; it just began and the action is still building up. This is just a plot point to build the conflict and make things more exciting

I wanted to thank you for posting summers gone. It added a lot more context to all of this and the way you weaved it into the posting of the first pages of vol. 2 was actually quite artful. Once I get out of college I look forward to picking up the whole series as a printed work. :3
