I stick with it. these are good reasons you put forward why Sophia cannot "ask" Dylan for help.
However, according to Sophia's current knowledge, Morello is also not a risk-free way out. It is the mafia that Sophia asks for help. In an unknown city, in a foreign country, the people who have just threatened Sophia's husband with death. Also, Morello is only available as a solution now, and then no longer (as far as we know). On the teaser we see a worried and scared Sophia. Not a woman who is waiting full of joy and self-confidence for Aiden's next task. I think Sophia will experience the next task as an absolute humiliation and she has to choose between resistance and absolute loss of control over her personality and her life. So we'll see the woman go to work with a face like this every day. I can't see the eroticism in it.
These are not good reasons to involve Dylan, but there is a cuckold route for Dylan, that is, a route on Sophia cheating on her husband and Dylan watching. That means Dylan not only has to put away his jealousy but also the knowledge of the meaning of his mother's actions. For Dylan it goes from 0% to 100% from the perverted but realist innocent teenager to the perverted and absolutely corrupt pig. Including Dylan in the Aiden blackmail would have the benefit of both of them doing what Sophia and Dylan are doing to protect each other. But as I said, I understand your reasoning, there are many "if-then conditions" in my proposal. I can only wait for the "master" to surprise us.

Exactly as it sounds. Instead of days being divided into segments, e.g. morning, afternoon etc., with each segment containing several events, all needing completion before release, the new method should see each event (& perhaps associated smaller scenes), released as they're finished. One reason is that this is meant to speed things up, or at least have less time between the appearances of AWAM material.

We await developments to see what this will mean in RL practice. There are various questions & issues, (as usual), detailed in the thread above. What happens after the next update, (i.e. the literature lesson with the 4th task & a potential Don Morello based solution....for those who want it), may make things clearer.

She should be worried, it's the 4th task. Scared?, perhaps trepidation would be the term I'd use instead. After all she's in a school full of people, in the bright morning light. There's not going to be a gangbang & besides L&P himself said that the tasks wouldn't be too extreme up to this point, (& probably well beyond, given past vanilla & blueballing form). This is a tale of corruption. Protagonists in these types of stories frequently look worried &/or miserable, as the corruption takes hold, whether coerced, semi-voluntarily or willingly. They're either wondering what comes next, or dismayed at the situation that their own acts & decisions have helped to create, or both.

Eroticism comes from the corruption itself & what it entails. (I assume breaking the taboo of incest provides the corruption & produces the eroticism for those who like it). Far from losing control over her personality Sophia should remain basically herself for quite some time to come on the blackmail route. Being forced into whatever she has to do means that she has not essentially changed. She may experience some thrill at the forbidden aspects & new experiences of it all but she has not taken a potion & become a different character.

Personally, as I've always said, I'd rather have a good woman coerced into outrageous behaviour, than see her relatively happy to do things like committing incest with her own son at some point, which for me does represent an actual genuine change of character, for the worse. IMO the misery, fear & sheer complete destruction of several lives turned inside out & put in a blender, that could result from this type of decision, far outweighs anything Aiden or Bennett could inflict.

Asking the Mafia for help would be a stupid thing to do but would be believable in the context of the story as it stands presently & though I know you're probably going to stick with the blackmail for now, I'm looking forward to all the Aiden-haters who wish to be rid of him making full use of the option, if it's what we think it is.

I also feel that people are looking a bit too much into the teaser pic. I could be wrong but it could just be her looking at herself in the mirror unsure if her outfit is wearable in school premises.

I think she's worried but she's still Sophia. If she was looking happy, then I'd think that she was looking forward to the task & really had changed her personality. What we need now is another teaser. That's not because it would necessarily show much of the plot, it would just be nice to have!

It might be interesting to see the difference in her attitude for the boarding school route, since then she doesn’t need to care what Aiden would have planned

Then the boarding school would of been a waste of time because I cannot think of a single reason why Aiden would not start off again.

Aiden can't start off again, since that would involve beating up Dylan. But Dylan is safe at boarding school. Protecting both Dylan and Sophia is the entire point of the boarding school route.

That is not what he is saying. What prevents Aiden from resuming his requirements as soon as Dylan returns? The boarding school I.e. merely is a hiatus then as everything returns to as it was. No thumping again required.

Why would Dylan return though? By choosing the boarding school route you're choosing not to play the Sophia/Dylan events.

Besides, this is what I was saying about Aiden not beating Dylan up. By sending Dylan to boarding school, even if it's just for a day, means that Sophia isn't risking Aiden restarting the tasks if Dylan returns to Northtown High. She's risking Dylan being beaten up by Aiden and his gang. Because that is the consequence of not doing a task.

The only way Dylan could reasonably return from boarding school safely would be if Carl could organise something like an a restraining order

I'll be honestly interested to see how this new update time frame goes, and how having already taken 2 weeks off only a 1 week ago, how many days over Christmas will be unproductive.

The proof will be in the pudding.

But so far.... 2 week break aside.....it seems to be moving at a pace.... or maybe its smoke and mirrors.

One can just hope that he's not going to take weeks off after every update (or organizing and planning for the next one). If he were to take 2 weeks off for each of the 10 updates, that would amount to 5 whole months without any progress made towards the completion of PD13. Add to that ~1,5-2 months per update, random breaks and hollidays, and things are starting to look rather grim.

I'm really hoping that this first release with Aiden's 4th task is one of the biggest updates for PD13 when it comes to the amount of renders, otherwise I don't really see this entire PD taking any less than 18 months of development, if not more.
